Scope of Work Section
- Full engineering supervision and daily field monitoring for the construction of three (3) adjacent residential buildings comprising 20 fully serviced residential units.
- Cross-referencing shop drawings, sidewalks, internal walkways, and electronic building permits issued by the North Riyadh Municipality to ensure execution accuracy.
- Monitoring construction execution quality, implementing Saudi Building Code (SBC) requirements, and controlling concrete mix designs and building insulation to guarantee structural sustainability.
Al Marsad Al Makani provided engineering design, quality control, and construction supervision services across multiple residential projects in Riyadh City by coordinating and monitoring construction phases and aligning them with the approved code and regional municipality requirements. The scope of work encompassed developing on-site execution solutions, monitoring the integration of buildings and units with surrounding streets and boundary walls, and supporting the execution of technical and field works to achieve complete harmony among civil, architectural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines within the project perimeter.
