Examples of Geotechnical Studies and Soil Assessment Projects for Armed Forces Housing

This portfolio includes a range of site investigation and geotechnical assessment projects for Armed Forces housing developments in several regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Arar, Rafha, Al Jouf, Shu’bat Nisab, Jazan, and Turaif. The scope focused on studying the geotechnical conditions of each site, carrying out field investigations, detecting subsurface cavities, conducting laboratory testing and analyzing the results, in addition to assessing seismic risks and preparing general recommendations and final reports containing the relevant data and deliverables for each location.
The projects were carried out for Arabian Consulting Engineering Center as the main consultant, while Al Marsad Al Makani for Engineering Consultancy participated as a sub-consultant. The recorded duration for each project was one month. The project pages also include site layouts and study boundaries, as well as field photographs of drilling equipment and geotechnical investigation activities, illustrating the nature of the works carried out on site.
